Delivery and return/refund information

All website orders are usually despatched within 5 working days if the item is in stock, however, we will contact you on receipt of your order to advise you. If the item isn’t in stock and needs to be ordered, again we will keep in touch with you regarding delivery, even though it says 2 – 4 weeks, we normally fulfil them in less time than this. All artwork is packaged using protective polystyrene and cardboard. We make sure everything is quality checked prior to despatch. The delivery company we use is Leeds Parcel Company which we have been using for the last 8 years, they are very efficient and deliver on a tracked overnight delivery service within the UK

Delivery in the UK for all artwork costing £100 and above is free of charge (except for sale items)

Delivery in the UK for all artwork priced at £99 and below will be £15.00

Delivery in the UK for all artwork in the sale will be £15.00

Delivery of Giftware in the sale will be priced accordingly, however, this will be no more than £10.00

If your order is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send us a photograph of the damaged item, within 24 hours of delivery and email us at sales@smartgallery or call 0113 2120363 and will arrange a replacement if possible and collect the damaged product. We use only the best quality fine art papers, canvasses and frames and we take great care in packaging all our products really well so they stay safe. Should you not be entirely happy with your product, you can return it but you will need to pay for your own shipping costs. To return your product, please email sales@smartgallery.co.uk or call 0113 2120363 to make us aware. Please enclose your full name, postcode and contact number when doing so. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them within 7 working days from the date you received them. Please make sure you package the item the same as you’ve received it. If the item is returned without the correct packaging, or unprotected and is received back damaged, we will be unable to give you a refund. You will need to pay for your own shipping costs if you wish to return your item, unless it’s a fault caused by Smart Gallery. Please mail your product to: 132 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 4NZ. Refunds will be actioned within 3 working days of receiving the item back – Please note our hours of opening prior to arranging returns.
