Sue Fenlon lives in Northumberland, and her studio overlooks the estuary in Alnmouth.
Sue loves to paint the coastline and sand dunes through the seasons, reflecting the colours, textures and emotions of being by the sea.
She also has a passion for painting wildflower meadows and hedgerows, as this reflects nature, and all the beautiful colours and textures nature brings through the changing seasons.
Sue paints in both watercolour and acrylic and oil pastel.
"My work is a reflection of nature through the seasons. The amazing changes in colour, texture and emotions.
I hope my work gives a sense of being part of nature, and bring back memories to hold onto."
Sue Fenlon pictures combine delicacy with detail to bring interest to any room. Warm, summery florals use vivid pinks to catch the eye. You'll be drawn in by landscapes that open out from an abstract foreground to reveal a rolling scene behind. Set in neutral frames, Sue Fenlon's work brings vibrancy and character to your walls.
