Tania studied Fine Art at Oxford University and has been a practising artist for 24 years. During this time she has amassed an eclectic range of creative skills which are employed in the designs she produces today.
Tania's Gallery was established in 2008 in the Shropshire market town of Bridgnorth and relocated in 2016 to the historic Red House Glass Cone Museum and Craft Centre in Stourbridge.
Primarily a sculptor, Tania's humorous "Wordplay Menagerie" animals have evolved through a variety of incarnations to arrive contentedly at mixed media.
Each Menagerie animal incorporates a second motif or theme to create a visual pun which is accompanied by a fictitious dictionary-style definition. Tania has over two hundred puns to hand and offers mixed media sculpture, collage, Giclee prints and greetings cards.
