Biography

Born in Rotherham 

I’ve always loved painting and drawing from being a young girl. However, I didn’t have the time as an adult. I lived in Malaga for many years raising my family then returned to the UK in 2014, now settled in south Manchester.

This is when I really started to paint. I joined an art group where I was introduced to oils and palette knife techniques, and I absolutely loved it. I’m self-taught and love to paint impressions of land, city and seascapes. I find inspiration from the beauty of nature. I would describe my work as impressionistic, graceful, and textured.

I enjoy exhibitions and showing my work and I’m very proud of it. It makes me extremely happy when someone finds a connection in my work and loves it enough to take it home with them.
